COLD COFFEE

Coffee chilled and served with vanilla ice cream - a delightful drink. Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cooking Time : 10 minutes Servings : 4

Ingredients

Filter coffee decoction 1/4 cup Sugar 2 tablespoons Milk 3 cups Ice cubes as required Vanilla ice cream 3-4 scoops Chocolate, melted 4 tablespoons

Method

In a mixer take filter coffee decoction, sugar, milk and blend. Add ice and blend again. Add vanilla ice cream to make it rich. Add half the melted chocolate and blend again in the mixer. Coat the inner side of the glass with the remaining melted chocolate and pour the cold coffee in the glass. Serve chilled.
