CHOCOLATE MILK

A yummy chocolate drink. Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cooking Time : 15-20 minutes Servings : 4

Ingredients

Cooking chocolate, chopped 200 grams Milk 4 cups Sugar to taste Whipped cream , sweetened 1 cup

Method

Place chopped chocolate in a bowl and place it in a double boiler and heat. Stir till chocolate melts. Remove and let cool till it reaches room temperature. Heat milk and add sugar if desired. Remove from heat. Whisk in melted chocolate. Pour into individual four mugs and top generously with sweetened whipped cream. Serve immediately.
