CHILLED WATERMELON YOGURT

Innovative yogurt recipe with flavour of watermelon

Ingredients
Watermelon chunks, seedless 2 cups
Yogurt 1 cup
Ice cubes, crushed 5-6
Honey 1 tablespoon
Fresh mint leaves, chopped 1/4 cup
Method
Freeze the watermelon chunks in the freezer for three to four hours.Blend the watermelon and yogurt with crushed ice and honey in a food processer

Stir in mint leaves.

Served chilled in individual glasses.
