GREEN TEA WITH FRESH GINGER

Refreshing green tea with a twist of ginger.
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Servings : 4
Ingredients
Green tea bags 3
Ginger, grated 1 1/2 inch piece
Brown sugar to taste
Method
Heat five cups of water in a pan.

As it begins to boil, add grated ginger.

Bring to a boil and simmer for one to two minutes.

Stir in brown sugar.

Remove from heat and add tea bags.

Let them steep for one to two minutes and strain. Serve hot.
