Using a sharp knife pare the skin from the watermelon and pineapple and scoop out small balls from each, using a Parisienne scoop. Wash and cut grapes into halves. Wash mint leaves. Combine all the fruits in a serving dish, pour grape juice over, sprinkle chaat masala and serve chilled garnished with fresh mint leaves. |
