LEMON BANANA LASSI

Cool, refreshing lassi with lemon and bananas.
Preparation Time : 5-10 minutes

Servings : 4
Ingredients
Bananas 3 medium
Yogurt 1 1/2 cups
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Honey 5 tablespoons
Ice cubes as required
Method
Peel bananas and cut into small pieces.

Whisk yogurt and put it in a mixer. Add sliced bananas, lemon juice and honey and blend well.

Add some cold water and ice to the lassi and blend it again.

Serve in a tall glass.
