LASSI WITH HONEY


Refreshing yogurt drink with honey.
Preparation Time : 5-10 minutes

Servings : 4
Ingredients
Yogurt 1 1/2 cups
Honey to taste
Ice cubes as required
Salt to taste
Method
Blend yogurt and sugar or honey in a mixer/ blender or churn it with a churner.

For salted lassi, omit sugar and add salt and churn the yogurt.

Add water to adjust the consistency and churn again.

Serve chilled with ice in a tall glass.
