FALOODA

Cooling and refreshing, falooda is a must have during summers
Preparation Time : 2 hours

Servings : 4
Ingredients
Milk 3 cups
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Subza, soaked 1 teaspoon
Falooda, soaked in warm water 1/2 packet
Rose syrup 2 tablespoons
Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
Cashewnuts, chopped 10-12
Method
Heat milk with sugar and bring to a boil. Set aside to cool and then refrigerate. Add the soaked subza to the milk, stir and chill it in the refrigerator.

Take four wide mouthed falooda glasses and layer each with half a tablespoon of rose syrup.

Pour the milk equally into each glass, top it up with two to three tablespoons of falooda, a scoop of vanilla icecream and serve sprinkled with cashew nuts.
